With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Brandy E. Polak of Ravena, New York, who passed away on January 28, 2021 at the age of 39. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She is survived by: her husband Brian D. Polak; her children, Evelyn and Wesley; her stepchildren, Ronan and Samual Polak; her parents, Daniel VanDorn and Elizabeth VanDorn of Ravena; her siblings, Sandra Doellefeld (Steven) of Albany and Timothy VanDorn (Laura) of Shirley, MA; her niece Charlotte; and her nephew Henry Doellefeld.

Due to the COVID pandemic all services will be held privately at the convenience of the family.

The family would like you to consider, in lieu of flowers, a donation in memory of Brandy to St. Peter's Breast Center, 317 So. Manning Blvd., Suite 305, Albany, NY 12208.
