He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse W. Best and Pearl W. [Collar] Best; and his siblings, Jesse, Ethal, Ted, Arnold, Lewis Charles, June and Ralph Best.
He is survived by: his wife Georgina [Cusick] Best; and his daughters, Wilma, Gina, Barb and Rhonda Best. He is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, many great grandchildren and a great great grandchild on the way, also many nieces and nephews.
