James H. Britton Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James H. Britton of Ransomville, New York, born in Niagara Falls, New York, who passed away on September 30, 2024, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Britton and Florence [Proefrock] Britton; his son Eric; and his siblings, Jackie Anderson and Larry Britton.
He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Jim Britton (Jennifer) and Teresa Hearn; his grandchildren, Henry, Stella, Reuben Britton, Cody and Christopher Hearn; and his siblings, Barbara Dockstader (late Nelson) and Robert Britton (Kathleen). He is also survived by several great grandchildren, brother in laws and sister in laws, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 6th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Rhoney Funeral Home, Inc. (5893 Hoover Rd, Sanborn, NY 14132-9215). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 7th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Community Bible Church (4168 Church Rd, Lockport, NY 14094).
Memorials may be made in his name to the Community Bible Church or to St. Peters Lutheran School, 6168 Walmore Road, Sanborn, NY.
