He is survived by: his wife Donna Dean Beresheski (Rusk); his children, Michaeline Crandall (Jedidiah), Marcelline Fuerch (Michael), Gerald Alan Beresheski, Jr. (Melissa Haley) and Margaret Selleck (Keaton); his grandchildren, Luca, Elam, Laci, Pella and Amos; and his brothers, James Beresheski (Jennifer) and Jeffrey Beresheski (Patricia). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be sent in Jerry's memory to Niagara Hospice or Forestview Church of God.
