It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William C. Bill O'Brien (Randolph, New York), born in Salamanca, New York, who passed away on December 16, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William Joseph and Ella O'Brien (Knorr); and his siblings, Mary Fratterigo, Rita J. Snyder, Joseph, John, Bernerd and Philip T. O'Brien.

He is survived by: his sister Eleanor O'Brien of Clarence; and his caregiver Nancy Dulmus. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
