Slade (Baker); his sons, Aaron Slade (Vanesa Bradigan) of Conewango Valley, Brian Slade of Arvada, CO and Chad Slade (Briget Giambrone) of Steamburg; his grandchildren, Christian Giambrone, Xander Slade, Payton Slade, Camryn Slade and Maddox Slade; and his brothers, Terry B. Slade of Randolph and Timothy C. Slade (Michelle) of Randolph.
