He was predeceased by: his parents, Gergely Szabo and Rozalia Farkas Szabo Sr.; and his wife Flora Irene Oakes Szabo. He is survived by: his stepson Raymond Szabo Salem of Oregon; and his sibling Gergely Jr.. He is also survived by 5 granddaughters.
