She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Miller and Mary Miller (Elder); and her brother Richard Miller. She is survived by: her husband Harry A. Arrance; her children, Laurie Wissman (Todd) of Gerry and Mark Arrance (Teresa) of Kennedy; her grandchildren, Matthew Arrance (Brianna), Melinda Meder (Trevor), Molly Arrance (Josh Watson), Michael Wissman (Fiancee' Samantha Reale) and Alex Wissman (Katie); her great grandchildren, Lucas, Leia, Paula Arrance, Miles Watson, Tate Meder and David Miller (Rebecca) of Kennedy; and her sister-in-law Rose Miller of Kennedy.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent in her memory to the Kennedy Library or the Kennedy Rescue Squad.
