He is survived by: his wife Sarah Raner (Ingram); his sons, Kenny Raner and Patrick Harvey; his stepchildren, Steven Zeiders, Wendy Despain and Kent Zeiders; his grandchildren, Chris Burt, Justin Burt and Summer Harvey; and his brother David Miller. He is also survived by eight step grandchildren.
