He is survived by: his wife Rosamond Mae Flagg (Rugg); his stepdaughter Linda Conti (Joseph) of Jamestown; his grandchildren, JB Conti (Christine) of Stockton, Jayme Conti (Kate) of Ellington, Jeffrey Lexer of Boston, NY, Christopher Lexer (Marcia) of Yorkshire, NY and Carol Grabowski (Patrick) of Alabama; and his stepsisters, Carol Lewis Eichmann of Hilton, NY, Ann Lewis Waters of Little Valley and Ellie Lewis Lesefske of Gowanda. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
