It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lucy Ann Rider (Randolph, New York), born in Jamestown, New York, who passed away on May 12, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Cleland E. Vollentine and Edith L. Vollentine (Strom). She is survived by: her sons, Daniel J. O'Brien of Kennedy and Perry D. O'Brien (Tracy) of Bordentown, NJ; and her siblings, Cleone Fox (Thomas) of Conewango Valley and Rex Vollentine (Mary) of Winchetser, NH. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of sending flowers the family requests contributions in her name be made to the Jared Jacobson Fund at Chautauqua Institution, Department of Religion, P.O. Box 74, Chautauqua, NY 14722, Chautauqua County Hospice or a charity of Choice.
