She was predeceased by: her parents, Darrell L. James and Ruth Johnson James (Johnson); and her brother David L. James. She is survived by: her siblings, Carol Sischo, Douglas James of Denver, CO. and Bonnie Martinez of Raleigh, NC.; and her pet Mocha. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
As per Louise's wishes and the restrictions of the Coronavirus, visitation will not be observed.
