She was predeceased by: her parents, Vern Helms and Reece Helms. She is survived by: her husband James W. "Jim" Ernewein; her children, Rusty Ernewein (Lisa) of Steamburg and Karen Starnes of Pageland, SC; and her grandchildren, Alijah, Nathan, Justin, Jessie, Tanya, Randi, April and Robbin. She is also survived by 8 siblings.
