He was predeceased by: his parents, Virginia Simpson (Quiggle) and Jerome Simpson (Brendalee); his sister Dorothy Patrick; and his close friend Shelly. He is survived by: his siblings, Merle Simpson, Richard Simpson, Mariva Blex (Brad), Jerrylee Simpson, Barbara Denton (Ken), Ken Simpson (Stacey), Alan Simpson, Elaine Bush, John Arcadipane, Heather Harris (Robert), Rebecca Chaplin (Thomas) and Charles Simpson; and his friends, Jerry, Cathy Whitcomb and Rhonda Ashdown.
