He is survived by: his sisters, Ilinda Booth (Tom) of Palzer, SC and Jeanne Slade (late Teddy) of Steamburg; and his nieces and nephews, Amy Booth-Lewis (John), Benjamin Booth (Elizabeth), Laura Booth, Heidi Booth, Aaron Slade (Vanessa), Brian Slade and Chad Slade (Brigit). He is also survived by 9 great nieces and nephews.
