He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hutchinson Howard and Anne Howard (Daily); his daughter Elizabeth Helen Howard; and his siblings, Tim "Robert" Howard, Patricia Murray and Jessica.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia A. Howard (Minnick); his sons, William "Brad" Howard (Stephanie) of Waco, KY, Michael Howard (Heather) of Henderson, NY, Rob Howard of Randolph and Daniel Howard (Marisa) of Rochester, NY.; his grandchildren, Andrea Vann, Wesley Howard (Zoe Gautreaux), Derek Howard, William "Hutch" Hutchinson Howard, Levi Howard, Zachery Howard, Fletcher Howard and Gabriella "Gabby" Howard; his stepgrandchildren, Clayton Jakus (Taylor) and Canyon Jakus (Aubrey); his great grandchildren, Chase Vann, Brooks and River Howard; and his grandchildren, Stella, Stevie Jakus, Juniper and Astrid Jakus. He is also survived by 4 step great-grandchildren.
