She was predeceased by: her parents, Harrie Ashton and Anna Belle Moore (Flatt); her husband Rudolph Richard "John" Sluga of Johnny's Grill; and her sister Joanne Herman. She is survived by: her children, Steven Sluga (Janell) of Randolph, Ann Brown (Kip) of Randolph, Catherine Mata (Michael) of Kennedy and Lisa Boyer (David) of Randolph; and her grandchildren, Kalan (Stephanie), Kyle Brown (Kerri), Kasey Brown, Tyler Mata (Nichole), Zakery Mata (Jordyn), Wesley, Wyatt Sluga, Brandon Boyer (Gennifer), Annalise Boyer (Kaleb O'Neill) and Brett Boyer. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the VanRensselaer & Son Funeral Home (14 Church St, Randolph, NY 14772). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
