With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean L. Horton Ormond (Randolph, New York), born in East Randolph, New York, who passed away on October 8, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leon F. Horton and Clara R. Horton (Milroy). She is survived by: her sons, Allan Ormond (Bobbie Jo) of Little Valley, Paul Ormond (Mary) of Black Mountain, N. C. and Ronald Ormond (Denise) of Randolph; her grandchildren, Rachael, Daniel, Keenan, Tara, Victoria, Kennedy, Camaryn, Trey, Tia, Jason, Alicia, Brock and Sarah; and her siblings, Lawrence, Clarence Horton, Florence Stahley and Leona Smith. She is also survived by 19 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent to the Chautauqua County Hospice & Palliative Care, East Randolph Methodist Church or to the Randolph Regional EMS, 70 Main Street, Randolph, NY 14772.
