He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hall and Frances Spina Cunningham. He is survived by: his children, Michael Stark, Stephen Hall of Jamestown and Kristie Ling (Jeremy) of Randolph; his grandchildren, Tanner and Averi Ling; and his siblings, Thomas Hall of Dunkirk, Gerald Hall of Dunkirk and Patricia Gladke of Dunkirk.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Hall and Frances (Walter) Cunningham, and a brother John Hall Jr. Due to the restrictions of COVID-19, there will be no visitation or services held.
