He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Milliman and Avis Milliman; his aunt Dot; and his uncle Red Bever. He is survived by: his significant other Lori; his children, Bradley Milliman (Jennifer) of Colorado Springs, CO and Rachelle Kostial (Bill) of Chippewa Township, PA; his siblings, Judith Stevens of Randolph, Frederick Milliman (Freida) of Randolph and Charles Milliman (Beverly) of Randolph; and his grandchildren, Taylor Milliman, Will (Erin), Logan and Madison Kostial. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the East Randolph Methodist Church (122 Church St, Randolph, NY 14772).
