He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Jay and Hellen Maude Root Brougham, Jr.; his wife Catherine M. Brougham; and his siblings, Clayton Brougham, Amy Ward Perry and Kathleen Wade.
He is survived by: his sons, Ryan P. Brougham (Lindsey) of Hollywood and Jack Brougham Jr. of Jamestown; his stepsons, James O'Dell Perez Jr. of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and David O'Dell of Rochester; his daughters, Joanne Tarver (Michael) of Georgia and Jerri Dawson (Randy) of Ashville; and his stepdaughters, Holly Evans of Virgina, Terry O'Dell of Rochester and Jennifer O'Dell of Randolph. He is also survived by seventeen Grandchildren, three Great-Grandchildren and one Great-Great-Grandson.
