He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. Milks and Mildred Milks (Simpson); and his brother Clayton Milks. He is survived by: his children, George Milks of Blasdell, NY and Bonnie Milks of Alabama; his grandchildren, Amber, Darin and Josie Milks; and his sister Rachel Horton of Randolph.

In lieu of flowers, if desired, a memorial gift may be sent in Howard's memory to the Randolph Manor, 40 East Main Street, Randolph, NY 14772.
