He is survived by: his children, Regina Conklin (Brad) of Randolph and Jeffrey Howard (Toni) of Conewango Valley; his grandchildren, Douglas Conklin and Allison Evans (Dennis) of Kennedy; and his great grandchildren, Lauren Mills and Jarred Gilbert.
