He was predeceased by: his parents, Benjamin Meacham and Emma J. Bentley Meacham. He is survived by: his children, Caroline Meacham (Jeff Lowery) of Jamestown, Debra Richards (Ron McCormick) of Frewsburg, Frederick Meacham Jr. (Robin) of Celoron, Donald Meacham (Cindy Johnson) of Jamestown and Josh Meacham (Kelly Wolfe) of Randolph. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 14 grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
