With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eloise J. Spencer Willsie (Randolph, New York), born in Jamestown, New York, who passed away on November 28, 2023 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reginald Spencer and Eva Spencer (Rigbey); her husband Clarence "Jay" Willsie; her granddaughter Shyanna Newark; and her siblings, Evelyn Adams, Virginia Swanson, Carl, William Spencer and Francis Chipman.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy Johnson of Jamestown, Jody Boyer of Kennedy, Nicole Willsie (Jeff) of Olean, James Willsie (Sue) of Chambersburg and Clayton Willsie (Amy) of Russell; and her grandchildren, Peter, Monica Willsie, Carey Fritz (Dan), Josh Boyer, Angela Willsie, Brittany Meacham and Jason Tipton (Elissa). She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
