We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2022, at the age of 78, Elaine R. Bowen Dechow (Randolph, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Carlos Bowen and Lillian Woodard Bowen (Robert Dechow); and her brother Clayton Bowen. She is survived by: her daughter Lynne Garrett of Sherman; her sisters, Sue Cross of Little Valley and Jane Eberhardt of South Gate; and her friend Judith Kennedy of Cattaraugus.
In lieu of flowers, memorials if desired may be sent to the Cattaraugus, East Otto or Gowanda Fire Departments.
