He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin L. Raynor and Janice Elaine Raynor (Carlson); his siblings-in-law, Robert and Carrie Snyder (Alger); his grandson Anthony Consier; and his brother Daniel H. Raynor.

He is survived by: his wife Kathleen A. Raynor (Snyder); his children, Jennifer Raynor (Scott Gardner) of Randolph, Kristina Peru (Paul Consier) of Conewango Valley and Justin Raynor of Conewango Valley; his grandchildren, Matthew L. Peru of Randolph and Amanda L Peru (Travis) of Myrtle Beach, SC.; his great grandchild Mabel Peru of Randolph; his friends, Sydney Meyer and Cam Tignor; his grandson Carson Tignor; and his siblings, Dennis K. Raynor (Kathleen) of Bluffton, SC, Marilyn E. Purdue (David) of Bemus, Point, Cassandra I. Dabash of Randolph and Debra Hunt (Tim) of Myrtle Beach, SC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.

In Lieu of Flowers the family suggests memorials be made to the SPCA.
