We are sad to announce that on September 11, 2021, at the age of 79, Deforest U. Tennies Jr. (Randolph, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, DeForest U. and Amanda Tennies Sr. (Waggoner); and his siblings, Glenn, Lloyd, Newton, John, Mary, Ella and Nellie.

He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, Barbara Billings of East Randolph, Rev. Beth Hayner of Randolph, Thomas (Amanda) of Virginia and Brian Billings (Barbara Jean) of Mill Hall, PA.; and his stepdaughters, Cathy and Jayne. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Due to the Corona virus, there will be no services held at this time.
