He was predeceased by: his parents, Simeon Howe Green and Margaret Hammer Green; his wife Alice Marie Green (Allwood); and his siblings, Walter, Merle, Roy, Arthur, Perry, Howard, Lena, Ellen, Mary Ann and Frances.

He is survived by: his children, Judith Reimer of Conewango Valley and Larry Green of Cattaraugus; his grandchildren, Brent, Austin Green, JoAnna Jones, Rosa and Brittany Pfleuger; and his siblings, Kenneth, Melvin, Leon Green and Diane Slocum. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.
