It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cecelia Weaver Brisley (Randolph, New York), born in Warren, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 3, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob P. Weaver and Anna R. Weaver (McStraw); her husband Robert D. Brisley; and her sisters, Maryann Hunt, Betty Cross and Esther Henry.

She is survived by: her siblings, Robert Weaver (Ann) of Randolph, James Weaver (Catherine) of Randolph, Helen Hinkler of Erie, PA. and Rebecca Curcio of Duke Center, PA..
