He is survived by: his children, Scott Underwood (Zenaida) of Johnson City, NY, Daniel Underwood of Jacksonville, FL. and Lisa Underwood of Frewsburg; his grandchildren, Andrew, Adam, Ashlianna, Hayden, Jillian, Jaxson and Zaida; his great grandchildren, Alex, Anthony, Londyn, Jeremiah and Clayton; and his brother James Underwood (Pauline) of Charlotte, NC.
