He is survived by: his wife Ruth Karpeles; his children, Carol Prazan (John) of Scappoose, Nancy Marocco (Art) of Queensbury and David Karpeles (Linda) of Mesa, Arizona; his grandchildren, Kelly Martinez, Drew Karpeles, David Machell, Kelcie Imhoff and Sam Karpeles; and his great grandchildren, Scarlett Machell, Hunter Machell, Edward Martinez, Bella Imhoff and Lucy Imhoff. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
