He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Harding and Helen Breen. He is survived by: his wife Janet Harding (Boyea); and his children, Theresa Harding of Glens Falls, Pamela Harding-Joiner (Kim) of Hadley, Patricia Yongen (Tracey) of Argyle and Richard Harding, Jr. (Sabrina) of Queensbury. He is also survived by his ten grandkids; twelve great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that memorial donations be made to the charity of one's choice.
