She was predeceased by: her parents, Mathew Caruso and Mary Caruso (Santagata); her husband Charles Westfall; and her brother Sam Caruso. She is survived by: her children, Col. Charles G. Westfall, Jr. (Bonnie), Denise Anderson (Richard) and Candace Hinkle (Russell); her grandchildren, Danielle Martines (Michael), Julie Anderson (Dennis Small), Megan Zierak (Albert), Justin Hinkle (Jaime), Wendy Willford (Todd) and Kate Westfall; her great grandchildren, Dylan, Ian Martines, Madison, Liam Small, Albert, Anthony Zierak and Hannah Willford; and her caregivers, Amanda, Michelle, Kelly, Karen, Pat, Shakina and Kathy. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
