He was predeceased by: his parents, Rita Marshall Flynn and E. Peter Marshall; his brothers-in-law, Stephen Brown and R. Scott Brown; and his grandson Andrew Wadleigh.

He is survived by: his wife Christine Marshall (Brown); his children, Peter Marshall (Cynthia), Amy Merchant (Alfred), Lynn Wadleigh (Glenn), Rita Dixon (Jack) and David Marshall; his grandchildren, Natalie Marshall, Benjamin Marshall (Katie Makarick), Marina Merchant, Russell Merchant (Elizabeth), Jessica Wadleigh, Danielle Fitzgerald (Michael), Kristen Wadleigh, Ericka McCarthy (Liam), Nina Long (Jackson), Connor McCane, Logan Marshall, Jonathan Marshall (Deborah Sloan), Anna Marshall (Garret Greenwood), Lillian Marshall and Gracelee Greenwood; and his sisters-in-law, Louise Richmond (Jeff Platt), Susan Gauthier (Ben), Sandra Bechtold (Bill) and Kathleen (David).

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Baker Funeral Home (11 Lafayette Street, Queensbury, NY 12804). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (62 Warren St, Glens Falls, NY 12801).
