He is survived by: his mother Penny Phillips (Cummings); his brother Timothy Phillips (Suzanne); his aunts and uncles, Robin Helt (Stephen), Robert Phillips (Joann), Craig Phillips, Jeff Phillips (Lee), Joe Phillips, Cindy Jarvis (Nick) and Brenda Wright; his nieces and nephews, James Huntley, Joseph Phillips, Justin Phillips (Lexy), Matthew Augusta (Samantha), Jennifer Phillips, Travis Augusta (Seamus), Courtney Phillips, Colby Phillips, Sue Graves, Madison, Lance, Lucian, Chloe, Faith, Alexander, Carriella, Henlee, Jocelyn, Jaxon, Jace, William, Elanna (Monkey) and Meela; and his cousin Michael Mitchell. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, and extended family.
