She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton Bartlett and Margaret Bartlett (Penders); her husband Henry Eugene Kelley; her siblings, Ann Hutchins, Lois Kelley, Lona Jennings, Peggy Prevost, Richard Bartlett, Gillette Bartlett, John Bartlett, Lawrence Bartlett, Dennis Bartlett and David Bartlette; and her son-in-law Christopher Altizio.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly Keeley (Thomas), Jennie Altizio, Laura Powers (Jerry), Marilla Martin (Jeremy Naramore), Margaret Williams (Bill), Myleen Kelley (Joe Rivers) and Katie Kelley (Scott Jenkins); her siblings, Marilla Washburn, Cindy Porter, Leigh Bartlett and Clayton Bartlett; and her niece Mary Foster. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, several great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
