He is survived by: his friend Jerry Grover; his siblings, Diana Lewis of Cincinnati, OH, Sheri Kohorst (Tom) of Cincinnati, OH and Karl Lewis (Debbie) of Queensbury; his sister-in-law Barbara Lewis of Lake Luzerne; his nieces and nephews, Kerrie Lewis, Melody Dutcher, Tanya MacNeil, Christina Kraus, Mark Lewis, Thomas Kohorst Jr. and Jason Bloom; his cousin Carol Plude (John); and also, Bonnie Cochrane, Frank, John and George Palmer. He is also survived by many cousins and great nieces, nephews; also his companion.
