He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Gonyo and Shirley Harris; his grandparents, Charles and Bertha Ayotte; his siblings, Barry Gonyo and Shannon Wagner; his brother-in-law Alan "Al" Brault; and his parents-in-law, Donald and Edith Cromie.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Gonyo (Cromie); his children, Brian Gonyo (Keerthi), Carol Sue Carlson (Brent) and Jay Gonyo (Angel); his grandchildren, Laila, Raina, Sarina Gonyo, Gunnar, Bridger, Thatcher and Trapper Carlson; his pets, Kiki and Athena; his sister Carla Bubb; and his sister-in-law Dawn Brault. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
