He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo F. Blair and Viola Blair (LaRose); and his siblings, Gary Parker, Raymond Blair, Phil Blair, Karen Mallison and Judy Blair.
He is survived by: his wife Marie Blair; his children, Angel Hubinger, Stacy Blair, Stephanie Blair and Keith Blair, Jr.; his siblings, Jake Blair and Helen VanDiver; and his grandchildren, Hannah Hubinger, Corey Blair, Paisleigh Blair and Abigail Barney. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
