As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Joseph may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellis Sharkey and Jessie Sharkey; his wife Margaret J. Dudley; and his sister Janice (Gordon Hefford). He is survived by: his son Patrick; his daughter-in-law Beth; and his grandchildren, Richard and Madison Sharkey-Percy (Josh).
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Riverview Abbey Funeral Chapel (319 S Taylors Ferry Rd, Portland, OR 97219).
