He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Barlow and Hazel Barlow (LaPointe); and his brother David Barlow (Bud). He is survived by: his wife Ellen Barlow (Sullivan); his children, Kelly Donnell (Eddie), Michelle Barlow (Harvey Gordon), Ann Marie Harris (Richard), Theresa Douglas (Trevor) and Patricia McKinney (Keith); and his stepchildren, Michael O'Donnell, Scott O'Donnell, Maureen O'Donnell (Kevin Daley) and Brother Richard Barlow (Elizabeth Van Eps). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, and several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to CR Woods Cancer Center, Warrensburg Volunteer Fire Department and St. Cecelia's Church.
