She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Guy and Iva Kate Stone (Clemons); her parents, Merrill Walkup and Shirley Lightsey; her siblings, Linda Thompson, Buddy G. McCarthy and Danny P. McCarthy (Thomas); and her great grandchild Jailyn Tayvon Lewis.
She is survived by: her spouse Thomas J. Hayden; her siblings, Johnny McCarthy, Bobby McCarthy and Cheri; her sons, Danny Hayden (Kim) of Lindenhurst, Kevin Hayden (Nicole) of Lake Luzerne and Denis Hayden (Vicky) of Queensbury; and her grandchildren, Brandon, Michael, Emiko, Anna (Jay), Katie, Christina, Jacqueline, Briana and Lucas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
