She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Millspaugh and Dorothy Heuer Millspaugh; and her sister Joanne Rush. She is survived by: her husband Thomas Newell; her son Justin Newell (Rebecca); and her grandchildren, Reed Newell and Katelyn Soto.
