He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fisher and Marion Fisher (LaPoint); his children, Charmaine Denise Fisher and James Glenroy Fisher Jr.; his grandsons, James Glenroy Fisher III and Bruce James Allen Jr.; and his siblings, Lorraine King, Charles Fisher, Kenneth Fisher, William Fisher and Shirley Mitchell.
He is survived by: his wife Peggy Joyce LaLonde; his daughters, Sherry Lynn Billington (Donald), Cathy Ann Allen (Bruce) and Debra Jean Cirelli (Stephen); his grandchildren, Teeya Allen (Steven), Tiffiny Sheerer (Brian), Tonya Allen, Marc Billington (Caitlyn), Ashley Burrows (Brandon), James Cirelli (Miranda) and Kailani Cirelli; his great grandchildren, Christeena Allen (Robert), Conor Horrigan, Cassondra Mae Potter, Brayden Potter, Dylan Sheerer, Lexi Potter, Jameson Cirelli, Sophia Vance, Camden Vance, Landon Burrows and Lily Cirelli; and his great great grandchild Levi Bulman. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
