He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl S. Battiste and Amelia C. Della Cioppa; and his stepfather Fred Fuller. He is survived by: his wife Paula J. Battiste (O'Brien) of Queensbury; his sons, Frank Battiste Jr. (Melissa) of Queensbury and Peter Battiste (Axelle) of The Hague; his grandchildren, Caden Battiste, London Battiste, Victor Battiste and Lilyana Battiste; his siblings, Mary Ann Lamb (Bill), Susan Pezzulo (Joseph), Fred Battiste (Cindee) and Carl Battiste (Cindy); and his parents-in-law, Dennis O'Brien, William O'Brien (Connie), Pamela O'Leary (Michael), Shawn O'Brien (Ellen), Edith Hill (Dennis), Mark O'Brien, Matthew O'Brien and Barb Schieloh. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
