She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Prouty and Suzie Prouty; her husbands, Charles Volcheck and Ralph Cook; her siblings, Charles Prouty (Jessie), Harold Prouty (Wilma), Marie O'Dell, Marion Pellerin (Jim), Murray Prouty (Helen) and Belva Hitchcock (Cassius); her daughter Kathy Gale; her daughter-in-law Judy Cook; and her grandson Stephen Cook.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Rickman, David Cook (Lynn), Larry Cook, Tom Volcheck (Michelle) and Lisa Coogan (Rich); her son-in-law Kenneth Gale; and her grandchildren, Rick, Beth, Wanda, Michelle, Joey of Charlie, TJ, Frankie, Lukie and Sophie. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
