He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur Bernhoft and Gladys Bernhoft (Cole); his wife Carol Downey (Downey) of Hingham, MA; his daughters, Nancy Grace and Jane Figueroa (Eric); his stepson Joseph Thompson (Linda); his grandchildren, Lindsey Grace Parks (Joe), Robert Grace, Eric Donald Figueroa (Eliza Figueroa) and Josie O'Connor (Patrick); his great grandchild Juliette Parks; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Bodie and Mae O'Connor; and his siblings, Marian Morse, Marilyn Carlisle and Robert Bernhoft.
