She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Pepe and Mary Pepe (Jasmin); her son Joseph Forth; her brother-in-law Chip Barlow (James); her grandson-in-law Shawn Chadwick; and her aunt Angeline Pepe.
She is survived by: her daughter Jodi Forth (Emile); her granddaughters, Nova Chadwick (Shawn) and Emily Mercier; her great grandchildren, Roman Hayes and Orion Chadwick; her siblings, Cynthia Barlow (Chip), Patricia Pepe and Peter Pepe (Lori); and her nephews, Joseph Pepe and Brian Pepe.
