He is survived by: his pets, Grey and Callie; his wife Marsha Green; his children, Cristina Collier, Candas Milford and Clayton Green; his sons-in-law, Patrick Collier and Bill Milford; and his grandchildren, Cassandra Perelli, Jessica Cameris, Arbye Collier, Katie Green, Seraya Green and Clayton Green.
